For the third year in a row, Wesley Ridge's Assisted Living and Memory Care was rated deficiency-free by an inspection administered by the Ohio Department of Health. This accomplishment means that all services provided at the location meet or exceed the state and federal health standards.
Wesley Ridge is inspected annually to evaluate the services offered and renew our state licensure. The state surveyors enter unannounced to interview residents and staff, inspect the community, and analyze records over a period of several days. Surveyors determine if the community complies with regulations in areas such as quality of service and care, rights administered to residents, and confidentiality of patient information. In order to be granted the deficiency free survey results, each of the regulations must be met in full.
