SARASOTA, Fla., Nov. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- One Stop Housing, a vertically integrated developer, owner, and manager of workforce housing communities, today announced the appointment of Frankie McKinnely as President of its Property Management Division. McKinnely will officially join the company on October 19, 2026.
The appointment comes as One Stop Housing prepares for its next phase of expansion. The company has grown by approximately 20% annually over the past five years and expects that trajectory to continue as several new apartment communities advance through its development pipeline.
Upcoming communities include Sarasota Station, with 202 apartments; Forest Cove of Manatee, with 156 apartments; Venice Avenue Apartments, with 114 apartments; On The Park Apartments, with 48 apartments; and additional workforce housing developments planned throughout Florida.
"As One Stop Housing continues to grow, it is critical that we invest in the leadership, systems, and organizational capacity needed to successfully operate an expanding portfolio," said Mark Vengroff, Managing Partner of One Stop Housing. "Frankie brings the experience, operational discipline, and people-focused leadership that will help us strengthen our Property Management Division and prepare the company for its next level of growth."
McKinnely brings more than 10 years of experience in property management and operational leadership. She joined her previous company during its early startup stage and helped grow it into a large national organization managing more than $2 billion in assets.
Having begun her career as a leasing agent, McKinnely advanced to become Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, she was responsible for end-to-end service delivery across 10 business lines, including the development of the company's technology and operational platforms.
As President of One Stop Housing's Property Management Division, McKinnely will focus on strengthening operational systems, developing the company's property management team, expanding organizational capacity, continuing strong property performance, while ensuring that new communities are successfully onboarded, leased, and stabilized.
"Frankie understands property management from the ground up," Vengroff added. "Her experience will provide our team with additional leadership, resources, and support while helping every team member become the best version of themselves. Most importantly, she shares our commitment to residents and to One Stop Housing's culture of Trust, Tribe, and Transparency."
McKinnely's appointment will also allow Vengroff to dedicate additional time to One Stop Housing's long-term strategic initiatives, including new development opportunities, capital relationships, community partnerships, and the company's continued expansion.
"We believe Frankie's appointment is an important investment in our people, our properties, and our future," Vengroff said. "Her leadership will help us responsibly scale our property management platform while continuing to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing for working individuals and families."
