McGohan will contribute decades of leadership insights. His work as CEO of McGohan Brabender, one of the largest privately held health insurance brokerage firms in the country, will help guide ONEIL as it celebrates 75 years of business. In addition to 35 years at McGohoan Brabender, he is a a published author, former TEDx speaker, and company culture expert skilled at vision casting, strategy alignment and leadership deployment.
McGohan is a staple in the Dayton community and actively helps to better the lives of others. Prevent Blindness recently honored McGohan and his firm with the 2022 People of Vision Award. He is also a current board member for the YMCA and Dayton Development Coalition, and is a past member of Crayons to Classrooms and Coastal Pets. McGohan is a coach, and both founder and mentor of Mentors Matters summer camp, a Dayton YMCA program serving inner city youth. He is also highly involved with Global Leadership Summit at SouthBrook Christian Church.
