"I am excited to help drive the transformational technology, and change the way medical practices deal with their waste disposal. With liability and risk management top of mind for medical practices and the need to increase convenience and efficiency in all areas, now is the time for practices to adopt a new technology," said Roger Van Duinen, OnSite Waste Technologies' new CMO. "We are introducing a totally new technology into a marketplace that hasn't seen innovation in decades."
These key executives join the team at their new offices in Irvine's Koll building, part of the emerging tech scene in Orange County, CA.
"Medical practices of all specialties demand safety, compliance, and convenience for the disposal of sharps and other medical waste such as gauze, swabs, and more," said Brad Barnes, CEO of OnSite Waste. "I'm thrilled that Roger and Chris have joined our senior leadership team as they are greatly improving our ability to bring our revolutionary technology to medical facilities around the country."
About Onsite
OnSite Waste Technologies is pioneering a novel way for medical, dental practices, and other generators of medical waste to dispose of their hazardous medical waste conveniently in their location's regular trash. The TE-5000, a simple-to-use desktop-sized unit, converts regulated medical waste into sterile garbage for small-scale medical waste producers. The TE-5000 reduces the liability associated with the traditional method of hauling waste to a central location by reducing or eliminating the time waste sits in a practice. For practices paying too much for their current hauling service, the TE-5000 can also have a significant impact on the bottom line. For more information visit http://www.onsitewaste.com.
