OnSource Names Insurance Industry Leaders to its Board of Advisors
Braintree, MA (PRWEB) February 04, 2014 -- OnSource, a leading provider of third-party vehicle and property photo inspections for the insurance and financial services industries, has named new members to their Board of Advisors. Jim Porcari, Paul Butare, Dean Harring and Edward Blodgett have accepted advisory roles to lend their expertise to OnSource as the company significantly expands its services and releases its suite of mobile/web “Express Inspections” apps, focused on streamlining the process for resolving insurance claims.

The Board of Advisors meets regularly to review company performance and provide strategic guidance on both short and long term initiatives. About the Advisors:
Jim Porcari
As the current Principal at Insurance Resources International, Mr. Porcari is a seasoned insurance executive with more than 30 years’ experience in high growth personal lines environments. Prior to joining Insurance Resources International, Mr. Porcari served as Chief Claims Officer at 21st Century Insurance and led the integration of the claims organization into the Farmers claims group in 2009. Previous to that, Mr. Porcari was the President of Personal Line Claims at AIG. During his seven year tenure as President, Porcari was also a Board member at all of AIG’s personal lines insurance subsidiaries. In addition to the OnSource Advisory Board, Mr. Porcari also serves as the Managing Director for MPB Charitable Trust, a Director for Homesite Insurance of Georgia and is on the North American Supervisory Board for Solera.
Dean Harring, CPCU, CIC
Mr. Harring is a property casualty insurance senior claims executive who, in addition to OnSource, currently lends his expertise as an advisor on claims operations for CLM Advisors, InvoicePrep, and G4S Compliance and Investigations. Most recently Mr. Harring served as Chief Claims Officer at QBE the Americas with prior experience as the Chief Claims Officer at GAB Robbins, CNA and Zurich North America. Throughout his career, Mr. Harring has demonstrated significant leadership in organizations involving claims operations.
Paul Butare
Mr. Butare has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology in managerial and executive positions and has significant experience in developing high growth companies and expanding new product organizations. Mr. Butare’s areas of involvement have ranged from Director of Strategy to President of a $200M software and services company providing support to the banking and insurance industry. As the current Director of Strategy, Office of the President for FirstBest Systems, a leading provider of underwriting solutions for the insurance industry, Mr. Butare also serves as an advisor for CLM Advisors, an organization focused on the claims and litigation functions within the insurance industry.
Edward Blodgett, CFA
Mr. Edward Blodgett is a Director and limited partner at Brandes Investment Partners LP. He has experience managing the firm's private client portfolio management, marketing communications, mutual fund client services, private client services, and key relationship management departments. Mr. Blodgett has been with the San Diego based company for over 20 years.
In addition to serving on the Advisory Board for OnSource, Mr. Blodgett shares his business and corporate experience as a member of the Board of Directors for the Coastal Community Foundation and serves on the Investment Committee for the Rancho Santa Fe Community Foundation.
