In her new role, Shatzer will lead Onward Search's growth and revenue strategy as well as all aspects of client- and candidate-facing teams, including sales, delivery, and account management.
Over her 13 years at Onward Search, Shatzer has built a strong track record helping clients build the teams they need to move their businesses forward. Most recently serving as Senior Vice President, she has held multiple leadership roles across the company, spanning sales, delivery, and learning and development. An expert in creative, marketing, digital, technology, and gaming talent, she has spent her career helping Fortune 1000 and enterprise organizations address a wide range of workforce needs.
