The week-long annual conference for high school students involved in Operation Smile's Student Programs is held at various locations around the world and this year hosted over 200 participants representing 23 countries. ISLC helps students develop and strengthen their leadership skills and character, provides training on how to help people in developing countries, and exposes students to different cultures. The impact of this year's ISLC on the student participants has been evident from the start.
