Optym has acquired the Fleetline platform and its customer subscription agreements from Axel AI, Inc. Fleetline's customers transition to Optym on August 31 with no interruption to service.
DALLAS and NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Optym, the leader in transportation network optimization, today announced it has acquired the Fleetline platform and its customer subscription agreements from Axel AI, Inc. Optym assumes service and support for Fleetline's customers on August 31, 2026.
Founded in 2025, Fleetline built an AI load planner that connects to the TMS a carrier already runs and returns a continuous stream of driver and load recommendations. Its integration maps that data without custom development for each system, shortening the work of bringing a new fleet online.

The acquisition also moves up planned capabilities in LoadAi, Optym's load planning and driver assignment platform for truckload carriers, including forecasted loads and live optimization.

Fleetline customers keep the service they have. The platform continues to run under Optym, existing agreements carry over, and no action is required from customers at the transition. Optym is working with each Fleetline customer directly ahead of August 31.
