Widespread studio support for Life Is Why We Give™ during American Heart Month

This February, Orangetheory Fitness is going RED with the American Heart Association to join the fight against cardiovascular disease and stroke. Members and supporters alike will be encouraged to contribute to the Association’s Life Is Why We Give™ campaign by attending a special Orangetheory donation class on February 22. 100% of the proceeds will go to AHA, funding scientific research that supports stronger, healthier communities.

Orangetheory knows the most powerful muscle is the one you can’t see – the heart. Our one-hour heart rate-based interval training workouts are scientifically designed to keep your heart as powerful as can be so that you can live the fullest life possible.

Orangetheory is also giving every new Premier member who signs up before February 17th a Free* OTbeat™ heart rate monitor.
