The Sunset Walk Residences has begun accepting reservations for its new Condo Hotel project located minutes from the Walt Disney World main gate. The mixed use resort opened in 2018 with the Margaritaville Hotel Orlando and Margaritaville Cottages. In 2019, Island H2O Live, the world's most technologically advanced waterpark was added to the mix. An affiliation with a major hotel brand and a new name is expected to be rolled out sometime in October.

Condo Hotel Offering
The Residences will include Studio, One- and Two-Bedrooms from 538 square feet to 1,204 square feet starting in the low $200k’s, including furniture, during the pre-construction event. Since the Reservations will be issued sequentially, the first to secure their reservations will be among the first to select their condo enjoying a greater selection and lower pre-construction pricing. All reservation holders will make their selection, in person or virtually, at the Priority Selection Event on November 22, 2020.

Whether someone is interested in a vacation home, an investment or both, a pre-construction launch is a smart entry point. According to Joel Lazar, Executive Director of Sales, "If you're patient, you can reap the benefits. Typically the marketing of priority launch projects is way ahead of development, so renderings, floorplans, design details, pricing, amenities and condo documents are not readily available early in the marketing ramp up. But if you secure your reservation early you benefit by selecting your condo early for a greater selection and better pricing".
