The new AI-powered platform pairs OS Training's course library with Scholé's AI agent curriculum in a dedicated learning environment.
HOUSTON, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today OS Training launched its own AI-powered learning platform, through a partnership with Scholé AI and powered by their adaptive learning technology. The new platform gives OS Training learners a dedicated environment combining the company's course library with Scholé's AI agent curriculum, taught by a team of AI tutors that adapts to each individual learner, offering a customized learning approach that is much more dynamic than the traditional LMS systems used before.
"The tools our learners use are changing faster than any fixed written or video curriculum can keep up with. And we realize that no two learners are the same. They have different roles, different backgrounds, and different amounts of time to give to their learning. So we came to a crossroads. We could either keep publishing courses into a static format already straining to keep up, or we could change the format. Now with Scholé, the platform adapts to each learner, instead of asking every learner to adapt to it."
— Robbie Adair, CEO, OS Training
The launch of this new platform marks the completion of the company's evolution from "Open Source" Training to "Odin Scholar" Training, a shift toward learning that is continuous, contextual, and built for an AI-first world. As part of that transition, OS Training has closed its previous membership offerings to new signups, but current members will retain access to the existing platform for the remainder of their subscription terms. Members who want to move to the new platform can subscribe starting today. Learners will have the ability to do a sample lesson before subscribing.
A learning environment built around the individual
The platform adapts to each learner in real time. Olé, the primary AI tutor, adjusts difficulty and pacing based on how a learner is actually performing, and builds dynamic lesson paths around the specific tools, skills, and pace of the person taking the course. Content is delivered in short, focused modules across text, video, audio, and interactive formats, with a browser extension that surfaces skills at the moment of application in the tools people already use every day.
"The first thing you notice is that it doesn't feel like a course platform. You have a conversation with Olé, and from there the lessons shape themselves around you. Our learners are going to feel that difference in the first five minutes."
— Mikall Angela Hill, CCO, OS Training
For the organizations that sponsor training, the platform provides completion rates, mastery levels, and adoption metrics, along with cohort management and a natural-language dashboard for L&D and HR teams. The result is a view not just of who finished a course, but of whether new skills are showing up in the work.
The underlying technology comes from Scholé AI, founded by PhD computer scientists Vinitra Swamy and Paola Mejia, and grounded in more than a decade of AI for learning science research from institutions including UC Berkeley and EPFL. Alongside OS Training's own curriculum, learners on the platform gain access to Scholé's AI agent courses.
"We're excited to partner with OS Training to bring the full potential of AI and agentic systems to their learners. OS Training will have a dedicated instance of our platform, giving learners an interactive, adaptive experience built entirely around their curriculum with Scholé's pedagogical engine powering the teaching underneath."
— Dr. Vinitra Swamy, CEO and Co-Founder, Scholé AI

The new platform is available starting today, September 1, 2026, with an initial group of courses from OS Training's curriculum and Scholé's AI agent tracks, with additional courses released on a rolling basis following launch.
