OSC Offers Final Flood Insurance Regulations Webinar for CRCM Credits
ATLANTA, Ga. (PRWEB) September 15, 2015 -- OSC, a leading lender-placed insurance, tracking and compliance services provider, is providing a free compliance webinar on the recent Final Flood Rules on Tuesday, September 29th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. EST. The webinar is in collaboration with H2O Partners who are experts in training on flood insurance and flood compliance issues. The webinar will provide lenders, mortgage servicers and property investors with key takeaways of the 189-page final flood rules regarding Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards jointly published in June of this year by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Treasury; Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Farm Credit Administration; and the National Credit Union Administration. The main topics to be addressed in the webinar include: Escrows and Exceptions; Detached Structures; Force Placement; and a Private Flood Insurance Update. The 60 minute presentation will be followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers.
Presenting the webinar training will be Rich Slevin and Dorothy Martinez, senior trainers of H2O Partners and Kirk Stephens, chief compliance officer of OSC and Breckenridge Insurance. Slevin has 39 years of experience in property/casualty insurance industry with an emphasis on flood insurance and flood compliance for nearly 25 years. Martinez brings more than 26 years of experience as a subject matter expert on the National Flood Insurance Program, specializing and flood insurance and flood compliance training. Stephens has more than 25 years of bank regulatory experience and is a 20 year veteran and former bank examiner executive of the FDIC and recognized industry speaker.
