Additionally, the acquisitions complement OSG's leading municipal utility billing business.
Diversified Data is a billing and payment solutions provider headquartered in Ferndale, Michigan, primarily focused on healthcare billing and municipal utility billing. AppRev is a healthcare business intelligence company based in Temple, Texas, providing services and technology that allow providers to improve revenue cycle performance.
