Output Services Group (OSG), a global provider of leading customer engagement and payment solutions, today announced it has enhanced its leadership team with the appointments of Kevin Keleghan as CEO, Ashok Vemuri as Chairman of the Board, and Phil Hoggarth as President of OSG Europe.

Mr. Keleghan joins OSG with an impressive track record leading global public and private companies, as well as experience in tech-enabled services across the healthcare, fintech, technology, and government verticals. Most recently, he served as a founding board member for Vennli, a content intelligence platform, and as CEO of Alltran, a tech-enabled provider of revenue cycle management services. His strategic leadership has led to the successful monetization of four companies during the last 15 years.
Mr. Vemuri brings decades of experience providing strategic leadership and oversight to his role on OSG’s Board. In addition to his role as Chairman of the OSG Board, he currently serves as a director on the board of The Kroger Co. Mr. Vemuri formerly served as the CEO of Conduent, a publicly traded business process services and solutions company, and prior to that was the CEO of IGATE, a prominent technology and services company that was acquired by Capgemini.
Mr. Hoggarth joined OSG after serving as Managing Director of Divisional Trading at Capita and Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Management, EMEA at Convergys. He is replacing Andrew Blundell, who is retiring following 11 years heading the business.
