Dashboard View – cloudSM now includes a magic ingest button that auto-discovers all CCRs deployed across the enterprise, even if they were procured outside the user marketplace. Now, IT has the power to pull rogue services out of the shadows.
Marketplace Views – cost projections have been added to the marketplace shopping cart view so that users have visibility of the total project cost based on time frame. A service that costs seven dollars an hour can seem trivial until it is normalized for the lifecycle of a project that may run months, and end up costing tens of thousands of dollars.
Enhanced Visibility – reports have been fine-tuned with more insight into usage, utilization and spending analytics. Administrators can now schedule the generation of reports and automate their broadcast to distribution lists.
Role-Based Access Control – The management of credentials and permissions has been enhanced for greater flexibility of managing users and roles, and the ability to dynamically assign them to multiple projects and groups.
