METAIRIE, La. (PRWEB) August 02, 2018 -- OutSolve made yet another acquisition to expand its offerings and role as a complete compliance solutions provider. The Affirmative Action planning and compliance solutions company added Workforce Compliance Associates, a consulting company based in Albany, NY.
The acquisition supports the full suite of compliance solutions OutSolve provides to clients, from Affirmative Action planning to OFCPP audit support to EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting. It also contributes to the expansive growth of OutSolve’s team of consultants and executives.
“OutSolve continues forward momentum and advances our position as the affirmative action planning leader and complete compliance solution,” said Jeremy Mancheski, president and founder of OutSolve. “WCA, along with Elizabeth and John Ogden, add industry knowledge and a strong client loyalty that complements OutSolve’s core values and strengths. As a former OFCCP compliance officer, John Ogden adds exceptional depth to our staff. We are fortunate to have them.”
Ogden, CEO of WCA, added: “Workforce Compliance Associates LLC has been servicing our clients for 20 years. In order to increase our offerings to the clients, we are pleased to be joining a large company that has dedicated their focus to Affirmative Action and EEO compliance.”
This is the fourth major acquisition made by OutSolve since 2016, following the purchases of Workplace Dynamics, Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, and Van Zant Resource Group, a trio of EEO and Affirmative Action compliance consulting firms.
OutSolve also boosted its portfolio of compensation reporting products, hiring Dr. Thomas Carnahan, PhD, an expert in the pay equity field, to provide an added dimension to the marketplace. At the end of 2016, LNC Partners invested in OutSolve to support the company’s expansion.
OutSolve provides comprehensive affirmative action planning and compliance solutions to help federal contractors meet the full requirements of Executive Order 11246, the Vietnam Era Veteran Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, among other regulations.
OutSolve provides a wide range of services, including developing comprehensive, OFCCP compliant affirmative action plans, offering OFCCP audit support, and creating EEO-1 reports that comply with the requirements of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
