OutSolve made yet another acquisition to expand its offerings and role as a complete compliance solutions provider. The Affirmative Action planning and compliance solutions company added Workforce Compliance Associates, a consulting company based in Albany, NY.
The acquisition supports the full suite of compliance solutions OutSolve provides to clients, from Affirmative Action planning to OFCPP audit support to EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting. It also contributes to the expansive growth of OutSolve’s team of consultants and executives.

This is the fourth major acquisition made by OutSolve since 2016, following the purchases of Workplace Dynamics, Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, and Van Zant Resource Group, a trio of EEO and Affirmative Action compliance consulting firms.
OutSolve also boosted its portfolio of compensation reporting products, hiring Dr. Thomas Carnahan, PhD, an expert in the pay equity field, to provide an added dimension to the marketplace. At the end of 2016, LNC Partners invested in OutSolve to support the company’s expansion.
