OutSolve, an Affirmative Action planning and compliance solutions company, announced today the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of two new senior consultants bringing nearly 50 years of combined experience in the HR compliance and Affirmative Action space.
Alex Gonzalez joined OutSolve as VP of Product and Market Development and Warren Johns Jr. will serve as Director of Operations, bolstering the company's senior staff. With Gonzalez's extensive knowledge and experience in the space, he will enhance OutSolve's existing offerings and assist in developing new products while Johns will work as an additional team-lead in affirmative action planning consulting. The pair, who joins after a long, successful tenure at Affirmity (formerly Peoplefluent), expands OutSolve's capabilities to meet the growing demand for affirmative action planning, compensation and compliance support.

Gonzalez has spent more than 30 years leading hundreds of clients in various industries in preparing affirmative action programs and diversity programs, implementing software solutions and managing strategic product roadmaps. Gonzalez is closely involved and engaged with the compliance community regularly delivering presentations and webinars covering various compliance topics at industry conferences including the ILG National Conference and local ILGs. Gonzalez served as President of the North Texas ILG and is currently serving on the Executive Board and Program Committee.

Prior to joining the team at OutSolve, Johns was the Manager of Workforce Compliance and Diversity Group. He has more than 14 years of experience developing Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1 and VETS reports for clients across a range of industries. In his previous role, he worked with a team of consultants to deliver Affirmative Action, EEO consulting and diversity planning solutions to clients. He has assisted clients through the OFCCP audit process.
