Over $1 Billion in EB-5 Investment Capital Repaid by Borrowers to 25 CMB Partnerships

Additionally, the borrower of CMB Group 14 partnership repaid its full $35 million EB-5 loan, which was used to develop and construct a residential units in San Jose, CA. These repayments represent a new milestone for CMB having over $1 billion in EB-5 investment capital repaid by their borrowers to 25 separate partnerships.
