AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Scotty will be responsible for further developing and providing oversight for our Enterprise clients that need assistance when it comes to managing their fit out implementations. "In the past, Owners Reps (PMs) have usually been focused more on supporting the design, development and delivery of everything from the substation to the PDU for data center owner/operators. But over the past three years we have discovered a growing evolutional shift in the white space delivery strategy by the majority of enterprise tenants," said Kirk Offel, CEO of OVERWATCH. "In the past, a majority of enterprise tenants would mange the deployment of their white space themselves. But with the growing challenges we face in supply chain and labor shortages, we are seeing a larger number of enterprise clients looking to outsource this phase of their program as well."

Scotty brings more than 20 years of experience in mission critical whitespace implementation and delivery. Scotty has worked with several companies in the Global Fortune 1,000 (G1K) from SMB to Fortune 100 in leading complicated tenant fit out programs.
