Located in the 100+-year-old Horine Building that formerly housed the town's pharmacy and soda fountain, Own It joins Cowork Frederick, Maryland Bakes, and the FITCI technology incubator in offering collaborative workspace as a key part of economic growth and redevelopment.

For Mehdi Tehranchi, founder of the Go2s private social networking app, Own It is his company's first "bricks-and-mortar" location."
