The merger is effective today, and the companies will combine business operations immediately.
The combined company will be privately held and operate under the Oyova brand. David McGraw, Oyova's founder and CEO has been named the CEO of the new combined company. Jonathon Tsourakis, Founder and CEO of Revital Agency, has been named President and Chief Revenue Officer. The headquarters for the combined company will be in Jacksonville, Florida with a significant office presence in Revital's former headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.
