This year the program received more than 80 applications. The 12 selected candidates represent top student talent from High Point University, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Elon University and Wake Forest University. Pace continues in its efforts to help the local community thrive.

Pace, the United States’ largest independently owned full-service creative agency that specializes in brand storytelling, is thrilled about this semester’s Project Echo—a Gen Z–driven insights partnership for today’s content marketers. The internship connects this group of young professionals, as they take the first steps in their careers, with top leaders in the Triad’s growing digital marketing industry.

Project Echo goes beyond the usual internship and gives eager students the opportunity to generate and pitch engaging strategies that are focused on the millennial and Gen Z markets, and to connect with brands across Pace’s portfolio. The program is also an opportunity for Pace’s clients to receive insights from Gen Zers themselves. These unique insights allow for authentic connections between brands and millennials.
