Italian Gelato Franchise Launches New Product to Close Out 2018

The 30+ unit concept was acquired by Sinelli Concepts International a little more than a year ago, and the Peach Bellini Sorbet is another example of the menu innovation the brand will offer moving forward under the ownership of inventive restaurant veterans Jeff and Courtney Sinelli and from the culinary mind of Diego Comparin, who is the Vice President of R&D and Production for Paciugo and has led the company's R&D for nearly 15 years. Described as the "mad scientist of gelato," Comparin created the Peach Bellini Sorbet as a delicious option to pair with champagne, Prosecco or other sparkling wines.
