NuTEQ Solutions, a SaaS provider of mobile customer experience, announced that Packerland Broadband has selected GOCare for Mobile Customer Relationship Management.

NuTEQ Solutions, a provider of customer care platforms for broadband operators, announced that Packerland Broadband has selected GOCare’s automated subscriber management (ASM) solution to enhance their subscriber relationships. GOCare™ is a communications platform providing fully-automated, proactive account management. Subscribers are empowered with self-help tools significantly reducing the volumes of routine transactions requiring human interface. The cloud-based ASM decision engine delivers real-time and on-demand account status and support directly to subscribers to preempt the need to call customer service - eliminating unnecessary costs to the operator and improving the customer experience.

“As a local, employee-owned company, Packerland Broadband delivers the highest level of service possible to our neighbors in our rural communities.” said Cory Heigl, Vice President of Packerland. “We selected GOCare for its ability to enhance our subscribers’ experience with enhanced communications and powerful self-help tools”.

“Our success is predicated on companies like Packerland recognizing the shifting sands of the broadband industry”, stated Mike Roddy, Chief Executive Officer of NuTEQ Solutions. “Our clients embrace the consumer preference for service providers that are ‘easy to do business with’. They experience significant reduction in the volume of routine interactions (calls, truck rolls, collections, etc) through GOCare’s automation and self-help tools that historically required costly human intervention,” Mike concluded.

NuTEQ Solutions’ COO Greg Nicholson will discuss AI and Automation (“Applying New Tricks to Old Problems) in the Digitizing the Customer Experience track at SCTE-ISBE Cable-Tec Expo in Atlanta October 24, 2018. GOCare has earned multiple industry recognitions for innovation including CIO Review’s 20 Most Promising Utilities Technologies, Cable Spotlight Product of the Year, and Multichannel News’ Innovator Awards.
