The Powered Drive Unit is interchangeable and can be fitted or removed from most models of the lifting machine, as required.

This model is designed with a wide leg configuration to straddle around the pallet. The wider legs also enable the rolls to be easily lowered to the floor.

The vertical spindle attachment has been designed to suit the lifting and rotation of rolls of film or foil which have a core diameter of 6” (152mm) or 3” (76mm).

The vertical spindle attachment is fully motorised. This feature provides power for both the roll gripping and release as well as the roll rotation to and from the vertical to horizontal orientations. The control of these motors is made via a hand-held ‘pendant’ which provides easy operation and precise control.

The rolls are securely gripped by the core. This mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the clamping fingers do not over or under tighten in the core. This enables the operator to lift and transport the rolls with complete confidence and safety.

The equipment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most reels.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of heavy-duty stacker truck that is fitted with the quick release system.
