"It's interesting that almost half of respondents reported that their ERP implementations didn't play a significant role in their digital strategies," said Chris Devault, Manager of Software Selection at Panorama. Panorama's analysts were also interested in which business initiatives organizations included in their digital strategies. Microsoft Dynamics customers reported a strong focus on business process optimization, while many SAP and Oracle customers focused on process standardization.
