As their Paperless Solutions business grows, Paper Alternative Solutions (PAS) wants to ensure that they continue to provide fast, personalized telephone response when customers need help. To that end, they recently announced the expansion of their Endicott, NY customer service center. It’s at this center that trained Customer Service Reps receive incoming telephone calls, provide answers to customer questions, and maintain a personal interface that could otherwise get lost with today’s technology and automation.

Paper Alternative believes that people make the difference between success and failure in any automated business process. That’s why, from the start of a process improvement project to the end and beyond, they focus on both people and technology.
