The initial roll-out is focused on a corporate paid life insurance program, A-List Term, developed by Legal & General America (LGA) that is sold by agents and consultants, and exclusively administered by D&E nationally. D&E has named the enrollment tool "eVictoryEnroll".

The Paperless Solutions eApplication platform will allow D&E to seamlessly generate electronic applications based on the demographic information provided by the client firm, giving businesses the ability to upload a census and create an offering for their employees to participate. Once the employee logs on, they will be presented with partially filled forms and the ability to quickly complete missing sections, and eSign the application, which is then securely transmitted to D&E for review. The HR and Benefit Directors for these customers, as well as the staff at D&E, have access to an aggregated dashboard reflecting the status of the application journey in real-time.
