Paradigm Technology to Establish a Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence for North Carolina Insurance Provider

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Paradigm Technology announced today that they were chosen to set up a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE) through their Business Transformation practice at a major insurance provider in North Carolina.
Robotic Process Automation is a new and growing practice for Paradigm – "continued investments by Paradigm to assist in positive outcomes for our customers and the clients they serve is a top priority," states Craig Rock, President and CEO at Paradigm Technology.
While the RPA COE is a new engagement for Paradigm, they have been active strategic partners with the North Carolina Client over the past few years, tackling various business transformation projects, the latest of which has the potential to save the Client over $16 million in contracting.
The largest not-for-profit insurance provider in North Carolina, Paradigm's Client has served its customers high quality insurance since 1933. The Client boasts more than 4,700 employees within the state and serves nearly 4 million customers.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the use of software robots, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to handle high-volume repeatable, rules-based enterprise tasks that previously required a human to perform. Paradigm will be instituting an RPA Center of Excellence, offering the Client a repository of skill and knowledge surrounding bot automation to help move the organization forward with continued efficient bot production.
Paradigm will evaluate the Client's current state and create a future state, adoption roadmap, and continuous delivery model to fulfill the Client's request of 100 automated robots generated in 2019 to tackle various initiatives. Paradigm's RPA Center of Excellence will save time, effort, and money for the client.
