Bronwyn Brunner, Marie Ferdon, Angelo Cosentino and Brandi Mayo bring a wealth of expertise and hyper-local real estate knowledge to the Paragon umbrella.
Bronwyn Brunner – A San Francisco native,she loves that her job helps people create their homes here. Beginning in 1989, we ran a travel company, Norcal Tours for 11 years. In 2000, she switched professions to pursue a more creative occupation and worked in Interior Design with Barbara Newsom Associates. Within the same year, she decided to acquire her real estate license and legitimize a longtime hobby of finding people homes. Previously with Montel Associates and McGuire Real Estate. She attended NDV, Convent of the Sacred Heart and UC Boulder before living in Florence, Italy for a year. She met her husband, a San Franciscan himself, in Italy, and decided to settle and raise their family in the San Francisco.
Marie Ferdon – Born and raised in Cow Hollow, she comes from generations of San Francisco property owners and real estate enthusiasts. In 1998 she launched a boutique real estate company and provided services for investment banking firms, venture capitalists, and a large number of successful (and not so successful!) dotcoms. She has been enjoying the wacky world of San Francisco real estate ever since, and has found great satisfaction in connecting buyers and sellers. After operating her own business for many years, she joined McGuire Real Estate and now calls Paragon real estate group her home. She currently live in the Lake Street area, has four grown sons, and is continuing to enjoy her native city as both a resident and a real estate professional.
Angelo Cosentino – Angelo, who lives in Marin with his wife and two children, gives back to the community by mentoring new agents and sharing his 18 years of agent sales and marketing experience. He regularly participates in local charitable endeavors, and generously supports his local community. Angelo has previously worked as an Agent for two prominent San Francisco Bay Area brokerages including McGuire Real Estate and TRI Coldwell Banker.
Brandi Mayo – With a background and formal education in architecture and design, she brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience to Paragon Real Estate Group. She has built a solid reputation on her ability to connect genuinely with her clients, take their needs to heart, and work closely with them to find the right solution. A savvy negotiator, Brandi proactively works on her clients' behalf to ensure their best interests are protected in what may be one of the largest financial transactions of their lives. She is a high energy personality with a high moral compass who works hard to ensure her clients are completely satisfied. In between calls, emails and touring inventory, Brandi is out romping around with her Australian Cattle Dog/Kelpie mix pup Finley, taking a yoga class, feasting on a culinary delight, or making a new friend.
