Formerly Known as Main Street's Historic Coal & Lumber Building, Courchevel Bistro Brings a Celebrated Taste of Talisker Club for All of Park City to Enjoy
PARK CITY, Utah, July 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Talisker Club, Park City's only private four-club community uniquely offered under one membership, has announced the grand opening of its newest venue, Courchevel – A Talisker Club Bistro, the newest dining and gathering space located on renowned Main Street at 201 Heber Avenue in downtown Park City. Led by Talisker Club's seasoned Executive Chef, Clement Gelas, Courchevel Bistro features artfully crafted, inventive French-European inspired cuisine with a fine dining restaurant, café-bakery, dessert bar and a members only private indoor-outdoor lounge and patio. Following the acquisition of Main Street's historic Coal & Lumber building, Talisker Club reimagined the 5,422 square-foot space to deliver a special offering that does not currently exist on Main Street, all the while preserving an iconic and enduring piece of Park City history.
Named after Park City's sister city in the French Alps, Courchevel Bistro provides club members direct access to Main Street, Park City Mountain's Town Lift and their own private respite on America's most famous mountain thoroughfare meanwhile offering Park City residents and visitors a chance to savor Talisker Club's legendary hospitality and culinary inventiveness.
"Courchevel Bistro introduces authentic French-European inspired cuisine through Chef Clement's unique vision, brought to life with Talisker Club's world-class service," says Mark Enderle, CEO of Storied Development, LLC, developer of Talisker Club. "With this new Main Street gathering space, we are further immersing Talisker Club into the vibrant downtown Park City dining scene, elevating the city as a national epicurean destination."
Prepared with only the freshest local ingredients, Courchevel Bistro now offers a wide array of organic foods, juices, seasonal farm-to-table selections, evolving specials and more. Its opening lunch menu includes dishes such as corn bisque with crawfish and crostini and a croque monsieur sandwich with Niman Ranch ham, golf creek swiss and béchamel cheese. Opening dinner menu features slow roasted rack of pork with potato farcement, mesclun greens and juniper berries sauce and lamb roulade with white bean ragout, roasted tomatoes and caraway. Adjacent to the Bistro, the café-bakery offers coffee and freshly baked breads, pastries and snack selections throughout the day.
