Parkbench expanded to 20 new neighbourhoods on March 1, 2014, and the website has a new design and many new features, the most exciting of which is the integration of a real estate property search powered by MyRealPage - this superior search brings users more listings than MLS and Realtor.ca. To compliment the property search, Parkbench has also partnered with the true neighbourhood real estate experts in each of Toronto’s neighbourhoods.
At one time, Canada’s multiple listing service was offered only to licensed real estate agents, but has since become available for everyone online. This has changed the way people buy and sell real estate, and in Toronto’s red-hot market, competition is fiercer than ever. But even with access to so much material, trying to find the information needed to make educated decisions can be daunting—there’s a lot of scattered, inaccurate, out-of-date, or misleading info out there.
