With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Pierson brings a strong background and history of success to her new role at Parker Staffing. She joins the company from ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, where she was a vice president of TAPFIN's Global Programs business. Prior to that, she served as president for Kimco Staffing Services, a six-time recipient of the Best Places to Work Award, where she also led its Advantex Professional Services and MediQuest business units. In this role, she provided strategic direction while overseeing day-to-day operations. Her expertise includes building client-centric partnerships, creating a values-driven work culture and developing opportunities for others to thrive.
