We know what these Locusts are (S/L) of these Angels see [2nd. Peter, 2: 4]. The angels of the Dragon that was cast out of heaven [Rev. 12: 9].
Unto them was given Power as the Scorpions of the earth have power. We know who gave this power to the locusts as the scorpions of the earth have power Jesus,
[Mat. 28; 18] he has all power. Notice!! This power was given to the Locusts, and nothing else. The Power of a Scorpion is the Stinger in his Tail very Painful and Poison. The scorpion of the earth that we know will sting, In the night as well as day, so will these Locusts. They will get in the churches, businesses, airplanes, cars, anywhere.
