Mr. Sargent has more than 25 years of experience in the Healthcare IT / Medical Software industry with roles ranging from account management to organizational leadership. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He has worked directly with Electronic Health Record and Practice Management systems, Revenue Cycle Management solutions and Clinical Data Repositories. Don has extensive operational experience in the areas of product implementation and training, customer support, call centers, technical services, software deployment and process improvement.
