Designed specifically for older adults, Patina meets individuals on their terms through a convenient and highly personalized model that includes virtual care visits and in-home visits when needed. This eliminates the need for patients to drive, park and wait for primary care appointments and makes Patina's primary care experience accessible to anyone in the 10-county area.
