Mr. Button's practice is focused on prosecuting insurance coverage and construction defect matters for policyholders and owners. Prior to joining Ball Janik, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Zloch of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Button obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2017, where he served as a Staff Member for The Journal of College and University Law. He is also the recipient of the Faculty Award for Excellence: Law & Morality in Contemporary Jurisprudence.
