Patriot Technologies, Inc. a fast-growing Frederick, MD-based secure IT services and solutions company, recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Applied Micro Design, Inc., a Germantown, MD-based Engineering Systems and Solutions company. The merger supports Patriot’s forward-looking move to provide innovative technology to enable Cloud-based solutions for mission-critical Public Safety and First Responder networks with secure communications and information sharing. AMDI offers end-to-end wireless over-the-air, in-building and underground engineering, products, and solutions for commercial and DoD clients ranging from radio-to-fiber-to-radio long-distance coverage solutions to secure Full-Motion Video receivers for soldiers and public safety professionals.
