Burch brings with her more than 10 years of experience in real estate, specializing in oceanfront condominiums and luxury homes throughout Nassau County.

Although Burch isn't an Amelia Island native, she relocated to the area almost 30 years ago after graduating from Florida State University. She is well known in the community due to her volunteer work with the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation and Micah's Place, where she serves on both Board of Directors. Her first year in real estate was a remarkable one, earning her Nassau County's 'Rookie Realtor of the Year' award in 2013. Since then, she has consistently remained amongst the top 5-percent of local real estate agents. In 2021, she represented over $45-million in sales volume.
