Jaime Pavel has been promoted to the role of CFO. After earning an MBA in 2006, Jaime decided to join the family business. She quickly realized her passion was on the operations side of the house. As she settled into her role, it was clear her high degree of detail and ability to manage complex projects positioned her to lead operations for Pavelcomm.
As COO, Jaime was instrumental in building out processes and systems to facilitate Pavelcomm's growth. "I had not seen myself as a CFO," said Pavel. "However, over the years it became clear that knowing our financial position, how our revenue is realized, and what it's used for gave me peace of mind," she added. As CFO, Pavel will provide the necessary oversight to make quality financial decisions and drive performance based on financial and non-financial KPI's. Her ability to execute and make collaborative decisions with other leaders provides the foundation for the next stage in Pavelcomm's journey.
Jonathan Simmons has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Joining the team in 2018 as Director of Sales, Jonathan reengineered Pavelcomm's approach to account management and sales, leading the organization to new levels of growth.
Instrumental in driving continuous improvement throughout the organization, Simmons made strides to improve Pavelcomm's operational efficiency, maturity, and service quality; while maintaining focus on the customer experience and achieving historically high client retention rates. "My motto is to be hard on the process and easy on the people," said Simmons. "This has created a comradery where it's acceptable to point out organizational weakness and own mistakes," he added. This cultural shift improved efficiencies and increased cohesiveness across all operations (IT Services, Voice Services, Project Management, Cabling).
Dave Tallbut has been promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As Pavelcomm's Director of IT Services for more than a decade, Dave helped Pavelcomm realize a 1200% increase in recurring revenue, increased capability, and add new services to their stack; helping clients achieve the highest forms of security, pass sophisticated audits, and stay innovative. "Our growth is a testament to our service, flexibility, and reputation with our clients," said Tallbut. "Solving business objectives while keeping service, security, and convenience is at the forefront of everything we do," he added.
