Paycom Named a Top Job Creator by Inc. Magazine
OKLAHOMA CITY (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- Paycom, a provider of payroll and HR services technology, collected its second-consecutive Inc. Hire Power Award Thursday, a distinction bestowed to U.S.-based, private companies that are leading the way in creating American jobs.
The Oklahoma City-based company was featured in the Top 100, checking in at No. 33. The ranking recognized Paycom as being among the top job creators in the payroll and human capital management technology industry. Paycom was the only Oklahoma company ranked in the Top 100 and bested its ranking from last year, jumping 49 spots from No. 82.

The Inc. Hire Power Award is for U.S.-based, private companies (both for profit and non-profit). Companies must have been founded in 2011 or earlier and have employed at least 10 full-time, U.S.-based employees as of Dec. 31, 2012. Companies must complete the Employee Verification Report. Top award finalists also may be asked to provide their 2012 EEO Employer Information Report.
An award ceremony, sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, will take place Nov. 12 in San Francisco.
