Paycom Software, Inc. Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of Common Stock
OKLAHOMA CITY (PRWEB) January 14, 2015 -- January 14, 2015 – Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of a secondary public offering of 5,585,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders, which are to be sold at a price to the public of $22.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to 837,750 additional shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares.
