CHICAGO, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- PCMI, a leading provider of administration software for the F&I product and service contracts industry, today announced the opening of its new 17,387-square-foot Chicago office, more than doubling its local footprint as the company continues to grow its global team and customer base.
Over the past five years, PCMI has grown from 120 employees to over 275 globally while expanding to serve more than 125 customers across 14 countries. As the company grew, it outpaced its previous 7,945-square-foot Chicago office and needed a space designed to support its next stage of growth.

Located just across the street from PCMI's former office and with convenient access to O'Hare, the new space increases the company's Chicago footprint from 7,945 to 17,387 square feet.

An expanded training and event area provides dedicated space for customer meetings, workshops, training sessions, and industry events, while focus pods, huddle rooms, and boardrooms support collaboration across PCMI's global organization.
