The leader in B2B sales recruiting hires new CEO Sean Sykes to continue growth
OTTAWA, Ontario, Oct. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sales Recruiting, a leading B2B sales recruiting company that is experiencing rapid growth, today announced Sean Sykes has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Sykes, who has more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, will run the day-to-day operations for Peak and report into the Board of Directors which includes Co-Founder's Eliot Burdett and Brent Thomson.
The B2B sales industry is experiencing significant growth as organizations scale and refine their sales teams. Peak has been experiencing quarter-over-quarter growth and Sykes will be tasked with building on this momentum. Specifically, he will be helping the company drive organic growth, deepen customer partnerships and continue to expand its global footprint.

Prior to joining Peak, Sykes was the Managing Director, Americas for Avast, the global leader in digital security products for businesses and consumers. At Avast, Sykes led revenue responsibilities for the company's SMB business in North and Latin America (LATAM). Sean is an experienced senior executive with a track record of building high-performing sales organizations in a variety of industries.
For the past twenty years, he has helped technology firms position their offerings and build successful direct and indirect sales channels. Prior to joining Avast Business, Sykes served as a member of the senior leadership team for two private companies acquired by publicly-traded organizations and was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a custom software development organization with a focus on IoT, cloud computing and mobile.
