Participants will learn why it's time to replace the classic sales funnel with a customer journey map and their vital role in the shift to customer-centricity.
Later that afternoon, Jeff will moderate a CMO panel discussion with Corrine Skylar of Bluewolf, an IBM company, Joseph Harding of Windstream and Venkat Nagaswamy of 8x8.
During the conference Kevin will participate in a new event program called CMO Mentors where aspiring marketers can meet 1:1 with marketing heads for 15-20 minute breakout conversations. During these sessions Kevin and others will offer advice on topics including: Skills to Advance the CMO Role, Working with Challenging Colleagues and Negotiating with Software/Solutions providers.
