Penterra Plaza Installs SemaConnect EV Charging Stations for Residents and Tenants
Denver Tech Center mixed-use property provides charging amenities to EV drivers in the community
DENVER, Oct. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Penterra Plaza, a mixed-use residential, office, and retail community managed by Advance HOA Management, Inc., has installed four new SemaConnect Series 6 charging stations as a tenant amenity in its shared parking. The plaza joins multiple other buildings in the Denver Tech Center to offer SemaConnect charging services to residents and employees. Thanks to a grant from Charge Ahead Colorado, a program that reimburses 80% of the cost to install EV charging stations, Penterra Plaza was able to add this new amenity that will support EV drivers in Denver.
Prior to installing the new SemaConnect Series 6 charging stations, which provide dynamic charging and increased support to EV drivers, Penterra Plaza offered several non-networked charging stations that lacked those positive benefits.
The four new SemaConnect charging stations at Penterra Plaza are mounted on dual pedestals and are prominently placed on the ground floor of Penterra Plaza's shared parking garage. With interactive LED lights, the ENERGY STAR-certified charging stations show station status at-a-glance to support shared charging. The SemaConnect Network gives property management the power to control access, set pricing, and view reports.
