Peter Serpico Named Chief Executive Officer of Cava Construction

Mr. Serpico, who has been acting in this role as Chief Operating Officer, will now be formally responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company, day-to-day operations and oversight on all Cava Construction projects.
Cava Construction was founded in 1994, and is a market leader in building new, out-of-the-ground high-rise construction projects in New York City and multi-level renovations of existing buildings. Over the past decade the company has built more than one million square feet of new commercial and residential high-rise space, specializing in hospitality and multi-tenant buildings. The company is projecting more than $200 million in revenues in 2015.

Mr. Serpico has 30 years of construction management experience and is a co-founder of Cava Construction. He began his career in construction working on building sites in his native Queens, New York. Prior to founding Cava Construction, Mr. Serpico led his own construction and development company, focusing on residential buildings in the New York City metropolitan area, including Westchester and the outer boroughs.
