Pharmacare Hawaii Extends Relationship with Citus Health to Provide Digital Patient Engagement and Workflow Automation for Enteral and Home Infusion Patients and Staff
Following a successful launch with specialty pharmacy patients and staff, Honolulu's #1 local pharmacy leverages the Citus Health Platform to further optimize patient and financial outcomes across its business.

Pharmacare Hawaii initially launched the Citus Health Platform in May of this year with the specialty pharmacy division to automate workflows and streamline patient and staff communications with HIPAA-compliant, secure messaging tools, electronic forms, and eSignatures. To date, the specialty team has onboarded nearly 50% of its patients, which has greatly reduced the number of monthly follow up calls and time spent on outreach for refill reminders, critical documentation, and signatures required for deliveries and reimbursements.
