After experiencing dwindling reimbursements in 2016, Travis and his team started an annual retreat for his employees in 2017 to set the goals for the pharmacy and layout the plan to achieve them. They expanded their SyncRx program to over 60% of their patients, and are on track to reach 70% in 2019.
