PharmaSUG, DIA Annual Meeting; San Diego, CA is a Busy Place for the Pharma Industry and Formedix This June
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) May 28, 2014 -- Formedix, the experts in clinical trial automation software and consultancy services will be spending lots of time in San Diego in June 2014.
CEO, Mark Wheeldon will kick off an exciting month for Formedix with a presentation appearance at the Pharmaceutical Industry SAS Users Group (PharmaSUG) Annual Conference. The event, being held at the Hilton San Diego Beachfront, will feature two and a half days of paper presentations, networking events and demonstrations. Mark’s presentation at PharmaSUG on Monday, June 2nd at 1:15 p.m. (PDT), will address frequently asked questions about Define.xml, practical uses of Define in the course of an end-to-end trial and a guide to its implementation. Mr Wheeldon’s session at PharmaSUG follows the submission of a paper on the same subject that he co-authored with Kevin Burges, Technical Standards and Business Director at Formedix. The paper provides an in-depth look at Define and is available to download on the Formedix website.
Following PharmaSUG at the start of the month, Mark will be back in San Diego to take part in a session on Track 07B at Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 18th. Alongside Keith Wenzel of PAREXEL Informatics and Jim Rogers of Nextrials, Mark will discuss End-to-End Data and Metadata in Today’s Clinical Trials. Formedix will also be exhibiting on Booth #1843 at DIA with a very exciting golf theme, paying homage to The Ryder Cup being held in Scotland later this year, with a chance to showcase your golf skills and win some prizes. Formedix Marketing Manager, Nicola Rogerson advises, “we’re offering the chance to pre-book an appointment with our experts on our booth. I’d recommend doing this if you can as it can get very busy at this show!” She continues, “we’re really looking forward to DIA this year as we have lots of new innovations in the pipeline that we’re excited to share and some fun activities on the booth for visitors to take part in.”
